Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest process is:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you received

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If the return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return (for example: intimate wear, opened beauty items, or customized products). Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
